I'd like to extend thanks to Zoe Zenonos (property manager). Although my property is not managed by David Daniels, Zoe took ownership of a complaint by a neighbour. She showed empathy and took ownership, ascertained issue in hand, sought expert advice and even sourced a tradesman - all within 1 day. The complaint was incorrectly directed to wrong neighbour and therefore retracted, however, Zoe's quick response prevented a potentially stressful situation. A true benchmark for service excellence!
