A completely positive experience with Lee and the lettings team at David Daniels. An urgent let was turned around in record time. The tenants were vetted and paid their holding deposit the same day. The seamless move in took place two days later. The fees were highly competitive. I cannot commend enough the speed, efficiency and quality service of this agency. They will have management of the property from now on.

Very good efficient service and friendly, patient personnel . I suggested some revisions to the tenancy agreement used by David Daniels which were happily amended.

Just wanted to feedback how professional and helpful David Daniel letting and maintenance team has been in arranging for a heat retention installed and fan for the kitchen and bathroom of which I had to seek approval from the freeholder. All was completed within the time scale.

I'd like to extend thanks to Zoe Zenonos (property manager). Although my property is not managed by David Daniels, Zoe took ownership of a complaint by a neighbour. She showed empathy and took ownership, ascertained issue in hand, sought expert advice and even sourced a tradesman - all within 1 day. The complaint was incorrectly directed to wrong neighbour and therefore retracted, however, Zoe's quick response prevented a potentially stressful situation. A true benchmark for service excellence!
