David Daniels have been helpful, thorough, attentive to detail, and have facilitated an introductory meeting between myself and my tenants. I am very happy.

Had a fantastic experience working with George Seabrook. As a firsttime buyer, the whole process was to me, but he was incredibly responsive, helpful, supported chasing solicitors and never made me feel pressured. I was able to secure my flat super smoothly and quickly! Highly recommend!

James and Dean at David Daniels sold my house in April 26. I bought the same house through them 10 years ago, so I knew I could trust them to do what was best me and the buyer. Their vetting of prospective buyers was excellent, so I didn't have to endure any time wasters. They're also local, and have been in the area decades, so know the area really well. They also have excellent contacts builders / plumbers etc last minute jobs. Their responses were prompt and transparent, and they kept the buying process going, by chasing up both sets of solicitors etc. I can strongly recommend them as estate agents.

We've been working with David Daniels since we began our property investment journey in May 2018, and they’ve been nothing short of superb. From the very beginning, they’ve delivered consistent, high quality service across all aspects i.e. marketing, tenant selection, letting, and full property management. Their ability to find and place reliable, respectful tenants has been especially impressive, giving us real peace of mind. The communication is always clear and prompt, and any issues are dealt with quickly and professionally (they care about both the landlords and the tenants). As landlords, we couldn’t ask a better letting and management partner. Their service has been 5star throughout, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any landlord looking a trustworthy, efficient, and professional team to manage their buy to properties.

James and Dean handled a sale our family including multiple owners of the property. They were professional and responded to our questions and emails which were numerous. Would not hesitate to recommend

I have been with David Daniels for almost 10 years now and would say they are almost certainly the best lettings agents I have used in the last 30 years as a landlord. They are organised and efficient, fair and honest with both tenants and landlords, and their fees are reasonable. On the lettings side, Georgia and the two Lees with whom I deal most regularly are always friendly, polite and professional. They know their stuff and get things done promptly and to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend them to landlords and prospective tenants alike.

Lee Correia and the team at David Daniels were excellent from beginning to the end, they sorted out all the contractors to take care of the repairs and decorations and found me a very suitable tenant.

I've used David Daniels for a number of years - first they managed a property on my behalf & most recently James has managed the sale of my property. James was extremely helpful throughout the process, ensure the sale was stress free & simple! Would most definitely use David Daniels again!!
