I have been with DD for just over a year. Having rented from previous agencies - I have found them to be excellent in comparison. The Stratford team - each and every one do a great job. They were quick to respond to any issues and always followed things through if there was a delay, going above and beyond their duty. They were sensitive in their handling of any difficulties and I felt very 'safe' under their wing. I also had a lovely landlord which helps make life easy! Well done - you are an exemplary team!
