The Job

The job of an estate agent contains elements of marketing, sales and administration. Responsibilities of an estate agent often include:

* Handling enquiries about properties from potential buyers or tenants
* Valuing properties
* Producing reports, brochures, promotional information and other written material
* Travelling to properties and conducting viewings
* Negotiating the sale and letting of properties

* Handling the sales / letting process to ensure that things run smoothly and top a satisfactory conclusion. 

Perks of the job

The job of a negotiator is varied, and is not desk bound. 

A negotiator’s day is divided between the office, and taking prospective buyers / tenants out on viewings.
